Biography
Cristian S. Aluas is an Artist living and working in Kanata, Ontario, Canada. Cristian was born on June 3rd, 1977, on a sunny day, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He came to Canada in 1986, at the age of 9, with his father and mother, who soon-after divorced. Cristian was raised by his father, Vasile Aluas, from the age of 10. His father also helps Cristian make stretchers and canvases for his masterpieces. Cristian has always been an artist, and he has been working from home as a full-time professional artist since 2001. Cristian attended the prestigious Canterbury Arts High School, majoring in Visual Art. Cristian also graduated with a Diploma from Algonquin College's well-reputed Animation-Television Program. Soon after College, Cristian worked on a number of animated TV shows, while spending two more years studying Painting at Concordia University in Montreal. Since launching his Artist career in 2002, Cristian has produced numerous artworks, has published books, CDs, and DVDs, has created graphic design, website design, logo designs, and more, for a variety of clients and companies. Cristian also teaches art to children and adults. Cristian S. Aluas' current focus is on his fine art, sales, commissions, and fine art exhibits.
